Can you tell me about your delivery service?

Can I specify a delivery date?
You can check the estimated delivery times for each product – they are displayed
next to the product on all product listings and on the individual product pages,
Once your order is placed our team will contact you to confirm a suitable time for
delivery. If you have any queries once you have placed your order please email us

Do you deliver/ship outside the UAE?
No – we currently only deliver within the UAE.
Can I have my purchase delivered to a different address to my home?
Yes. You can have your order delivered to an alternative address within the UAE
including work addresses. You can save up to two delivery addresses within the
UAE in your account profile. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for
that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want
to send a gift to someone. This address will not be stored in your profile unless
you choose to replace one of the other addresses. You can only store up to two
addresses at any one time. If you have any queries once you have placed your

If I order more than one product, will they all be delivered together?
We normally deliver all of your items together, except when one or more of your
products are being delivered directly by the manufacturer. Some items may be
delivered separately if we are waiting for more stock to arrive. If this happens, we
will email you to let you know.
Can you deliver to Apartments & offices?
Small items can be delivered to apartments and offices and other above ground
properties. Please ensure that you are available during the stated delivery timeslot
to provide access to your property.
Large items delivered by Carrefour can usually be delivered to apartments, offices
and other above ground properties also.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the driver feels that there
may be a danger to their health and safety.
Will you install my items when delivered?
Small items delivered by UPS will not be installed or assembled.

How do I track my order and/or delivery?
You can use the UPS tracking system
facility to see the status of your order and delivery.
We apologize but we are unable to track your order online when one or more items
are being delivered from the manufacturer.
Can I change my delivery date?
As long as your order has not been dispatched, you may contact Carrefour to
change the delivery date by email delivery.webstore@mafcarrefour.com
with your request, and we will get in touch with you.
I will not be in when delivery is due. What should I do?
Your signature and proof of ID is required for all items delivered
so you will need to arrange an alternative delivery date. Email
delivery.webstore@mafcarrefour.com with your request, and we will get in
touch with you.
I have placed a duplicate order, how do I cancel one?
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, you need to go to the contact us page
and inform us about your duplicated order number.
My product arrived and did not work properly or had items missing in the
box
If you have a query or problem with any items delivered, please contact our
customer service department at delivery.webstore@mafcarrefour.com as
soon as possible. Please keep the packaging and any manuals and accessories that
accompanied the item.
