Delivery
Deliveries will available across all UAE. Carrefour offers a free delivery service for large items and smaller items are delivered by UPS. See table below for cost indication.



Large Items



Carrefour offers a free delivery service for TVs over 32” and large kitchen appliances including fridges, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers. We deliver six days a week, Saturday to Thursday and you are able to define with our suppliers a delivery time that suits you.

When purchasing your item, please remember to provide a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival, and they will deliver the item to a room of your choice, unpack the item and install it.

Before ordering, you should first check the delivery checklist to ensure the team can deliver to your home.

Please note: We regret that delivery is not available in some areas. All delivery slots are subject to availability. Some products are delivered directly by the manufacturer. We will contact you to arrange delivery times for these products.

Small Items



Smalls items will be delivered by UPS. These items include:

• Small kitchen goods

• Computers & all IT products


• Mobiles, GPS & cordless phones

• Consoles & Video Games

• TVs less or equal to 32”

• Video products (projectors, DVD players etc)

• Audio & sound products (home theatres, mp4 players etc)

• All accessories

Delivery Guarantee

There is nothing more annoying than waiting for a delivery that never arrives. You won't have that problem with Carrefour. For peace of mind, you can track your order online for all small items via the UPS tracking system.


Also, all deliveries are insured by AXA insurance from our warehouse or supplier warehouse till your home.

Delivery to Work or Home
You can save up to two delivery addresses within the UAE in your profile. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone. This address will not be stored in your profile unless you choose to replace one of the other addresses. You can only store up to two addresses at any one time.

Sorry we cannot fulfill every address in UAE, but logistically it will be very difficult to provide a service to these areas you, as a customer, will be satisfied with.

Changing delivery date
As long as your order has not been dispatched, you may contact Carrefour to change the delivery date by email delivery.webstore@mafcarrefour.com with your request, and we will get in touch with you.

Delivery Checklist

Before ordering large items online, you should check that:

• the item will fit through your doors

• the item will fit the exact space allocated in your house

• there is a clear path between the road and your front door

• If you live in an apartment, the lift is adequate to take the delivery in size and weight

If there are any access difficulties, please just let us know in advance. On the day, you should ensure that:

• there is a clear way path through your home

• your floors are covered to prevent scuffing

• any delicate objects are put in a safe place
